Hours of Operation We are open M-F from 10am - 4pm Pacific Standard Time. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.

Our Holiday Schedule

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using www.stgsupplies.com ("the Site") operated by Polynex, Inc. ("us", "we", or "our"). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at www.stgsupplies.com.

By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Capitalized terms are defined in this Agreement.

The Site and its original content, features and functionality are owned by Polynex, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. Limited Warranty SAFTGARD SUPPLIES products come with a 30 day free from defects in materials and workmanship warranty. To request for a warranty replacement, please contact us at 510-249-9378 to request an RMA number.
Returns and Exchanges We accept returns within 30 days from the date of your purchase. To request a return, exchange or a warranty replacement, please make sure you have your original receipt and contact us at 510-249-9378.
Cancel Orders If you need to cancel the order you just placed please contact us at 510-249-9378 by 10:00am Pacific time the following business day so we can cancel your shipment. Please note once your order leaves our warehouse you can not cancel your order. A 15% restocking will apply to orders canceled after 10:00am Pacific time.
Privacy and Security
Privacy Policy The privacy and security of your personal information is very important because we believe you should have complete peace of mind throughout your shopping experience. If you prefer not to order online, just give us a call and we will be more than happy to take your order over the phone. When you place your order with us online, we require you to enter your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This information is used only to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. We do not sell, trade, or rent any personal information to other third-party. We may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information. All credit card information entered on our site are passed on through our safe and secure payment gateway through Authorize.net. The information entered on this site is used only for the purpose of the order.
Safe and Secure Online Ordering All payment transactions are handled by Authorize.net and is secure and safely encrypted with the highest encryption technology available today. Once you click the Buy Now button the URL in your browser's address bar will begin with https:// and a lock icon should appear in your browser's status bar. This indicates that you are on a (SSL) Secure Socket Layer server, where all data is encrypted.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Rates The cost to ship the a product up to 1 pound via FedEx ground (our preferred method) starts at $7-$9 anywhere in the U.S. (this excludes HI and Alaska which is an additional $10) Please see the shipping table below. Shipping insurance is included. For shipments outside of the U.S. please contact us for a quote. Ground Shipping (estimated cost):
  • 1-2 lbs: $7-$9
  • 3-6 lbs: $8-$10
  • 7-10 lbs: $11-$14
  • 11-15 lbs: $15-$20
  • 16-20 lbs: $21-$25
  • 21-30 lbs: $26-$35
  • 31-40 lbs: $36-$45
  • 41-50 lbs: $46-$55
  • 51-75 lbs: $56-$100
  • 75+ lbs: $100+(call for quote)

Delivery Time We ship via FedEx insured. If you select Ground as your shipping method, the delivery time usually takes between 2-7 business days. Orders shipping to the west coast usually take 2-3 days and central states take about 2-4 days and east coast orders take 4-7 business days. We will email the tracking number once the order leaves our warehouse.
Damaged on Arrival (DOA) If your product arrived damaged please contact us within 72 hours or three business day at 510-249-9378. You may be asked to take pictures of the damage box and our carrier will come to your location for a physical inspection or pick-up of the damaged shipment. So please make sure that you keep the original shipping carton as we will need it to make a claim with the shipping carrier. Once we approve your DOA claim will ship you a replacement product right away if we have it in stock.
